Chihuly Glass
Dale Chihuly‘s art glass has fascinated me ever since I saw him in person at the Corcoran Museum in DC years ago, and viewed his installations at Fairchild Gardens and the Norton Museum in Florida. I am now a big fan of glass art, so I was excited to see Chihuly Garden and Glass in Seattle on our way to Alaska. Violet, Lilli and Lilli’s friend Allison and her family joined us there on Violet’s 4th birthday. The black backgrounds set off Chihuly’s bright colors. The kids liked running through the garden.
